This role is designed for a high-energy professional who wants to master the inner workings of a high-growth startup. You will function as a strategic bridge, balancing the intelligence of a community lead with the precision of an organisational coordinator.

The Role:

Your responsibilities are organized into three pillars that drive our growth. These workstreams are dynamic and fluid, ensuring your days are varied rather than repetitive.

1. Operational Storyteller (Systems & Documentation) You are the “Source of Truth” for the company. You ensure that as we build floor by floor, every milestone is captured and searchable.

• Modern Documentation: Own the administration of Microsoft Loop to keep the team aligned on the Knowledge-base, SOPs, department statuses, and resources.
• Knowledge Architecture: Maintain our SharePoint ecosystem, ensuring operational data is classified and accessible for high-speed decision-making.
  
  

2. Strategic Liaison (Talent, Marketing & Onboarding) You are the trusted partner who ensures our external vision becomes a reality.

• The First Impression: Own the end-to-end Onboarding Experience. You will conduct initial talent screenings and ensure every new hire has the tools, hardware, and access they need to deliver value on Day 1.
• Marketing Execution Support: Manage the logistics for high-profile media activities, including podcasts and industry events.
• Intelligence Rollouts: Coordinate the release of our Market Insight Reports, synthesizing data and marketing inputs into a cohesive launch.
  
  

3. Culture Architect (Experience Design): You curate the atmosphere where high performers thrive.

• Engagement Design: Co-organize team game nights and culture initiatives that foster a high-trust, no-politics environment.
• Content Creation: Use your creative eye to produce engaging culture assets (digital posters, videos, internal updates) that keep the mission top-of-mind.
  
  

Tools of the Trade

You are a power user who leverages the latest technology to multiply your output.

• The Creative Suite: High proficiency in Canva, Capcut, and Generative AI (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) for rapid content ideation and data synthesis.
• The Enterprise Stack: Comfortable navigating the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Loop, SharePoint, Planner, Outlook) to manage sophisticated documentation and scheduling.
  
  

Who You Are

• Strong academic background:  You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Startup exposure: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-growth startup environment (Fintech experience is a significant advantage).
• Content & Event Architect: You have successfully managed professional events and media logistics (webinars, podcasts, or large-scale reports).
• Confident AI & User: You have a proven track record of leveraging Generative AI tools to automate routine tasks and multiply your creative output. You are a natural at finding the most efficient tools to solve operational bottlenecks.
• Smart Organizer: You enjoy the “deep work” of classifying content and structuring information for clarity.
• High EQ & Adaptable: You can pivot effortlessly from being the face of a community event to analysis mode based on the day’s priorities.

Join us in building the future of credit infrastructure in the Philippines! We’re looking for a self-starter Senior Data Scientist who can own the entire data science workflow, from defining the problem to deploying scalable solutions that drive business growth and innovation.

The role encompasses developing and enhancing analytical products and insights, while working closely with leadership to translate complex data into actionable strategies, drive innovation across existing offerings, and support data-driven growth and decision-making across the business.

What You’ll Do

• Leverage AI tools and large language models (LLMs) to accelerate data exploration, model development, and automation
• Develop, enhance, and validate predictive models and analytical frameworks
• Streamline analytical processes to support reporting, monitoring, and business decision-making
• Build data-driven features and insights that enhance product performance and business outcomes
• Contribute to research and development of new data products and modeling approaches
• Work with diverse data sources, including credit, behavioral, transactional, and alternative data
• Lead end-to-end projects: from scoping to implementation and delivery
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to translate analytics into value

What We’re Looking For

• Startup / Fintech experience in APAC, ideally in the Philippines
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field with 5+ years of experience
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools and large language models (LLMs) to enhance data science workflows
• Solid understanding of machine learning and predictive modeling techniques and hands-on experience with Python and SQL. Experience in MongoDB is a plus
• Experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Matplotlib, Metabase)
• Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP, Spark, Hadoop) is a strong plus
• Experience in building or improving end-to-end modeling pipelines
• Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
• Excellent communication skills — able to explain complex topics clearly to business and technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset with the ability to tackle ambiguous business challenges
