Another milestone for LenderLink before we close out the year. We’re proud to share that LenderLink has officially completed certification as a Technical Service Provider (TSP) under the guidelines of the Credit Information Corporation (CIC). The certification was awarded on December 22, 2025, following the successful completion of the CIC’s TSP training program.
What is a TSP?
In the Philippine credit ecosystem, a Technical Service Provider is a third-party entity authorized to support Submitting Entities (SEs)—such as lending institutions—in submitting their borrower data to CIC in full compliance with regulatory standards.
- TSPs don’t access CIC’s data directly. Instead, they serve a critical behind-the-scenes role in:
- Assisting SEs with their initial and ongoing data submission requirements
- Ensuring accurate, timely, and secure processing of borrower data
- Maintaining confidentiality and data quality at every step
Currently, there are only a small number of accredited TSPs in the country and LenderLink is proud to now be part of this circle.
Why It Matters
As a TSP, LenderLink is now formally recognized as a reliable compliance partner for lending institutions looking to meet CIC data submission requirements, especially those navigating the complexity of borrower file formats, validation rules, and secure delivery protocols.
This is a natural extension of the infrastructure we’re already building: a real-time, consent-based credit data network that helps lenders make faster, smarter, and more inclusive decisions. With this TSP role, we now offer added value to members of our network by supporting them in another essential area: regulatory compliance.
What’s Next
With this new capability, we aim to:
- Help more institutions onboard with CIC seamlessly
- Reduce the technical burden on small and mid-sized lenders
- Continue strengthening trust, interoperability, and compliance across the lending ecosystem
We’re grateful to CIC for the recognition, and to our partners who continue to believe in the future of collaborative, connected credit infrastructure in the Philippines.
